2 Samuel 3:18-20

¹⁸ Now then, do it [and make him king]! For the Lord has spoken of David, saying, ‘By the hand of My servant David I will save My people Israel from the hand of the Philistines and the hand of all their enemies.’”^{(A) 19} Abner also spoke ^[a]to [the men of] Benjamin. Then he also went to ^[b]tell David at Hebron everything that seemed good ^[c]to Israel and to the entire house of Benjamin.

²⁰ So Abner came to David at Hebron, and [brought] twenty men along with him. And David prepared a feast for Abner and the men with him.
